AWNING WINDOWS

Awning windows provide good protection from rain, dust and wind when open while also ventilating your home.  As they are outward opening, they are a popular choice for homes with limited indoor space.

Awning windows are hinged at the top, push out up to 90 degrees and hold in place with friction stay hinges, this along with the weight of the double glazing prevents the window from closing in strong wind. Like all our windows, our double glazed awning window features a rubber gasket on the frame and sash, which means that when the window is closed it is airtight  – no more draughts!

Both our awning and casement systems are fitted with European hardware and mushroom cam locking espagnolettes providing excellent security.
